Billing questions
Is it really one payment?
Yes. $12 once, for as long as the site runs. There's nothing to cancel.
Who handles the payment?
Polar (polar.sh) is the seller. It takes the card, handles sales tax and emails you the license key and the receipt.
How do refunds work?
Ask within 14 days of buying and you get the full $12 back. No reason needed. Write to the address on the contact page with the email you paid with.
Can I use one key on several devices?
Yes. One license is for one person, in as many browsers as you use. Paste the key in each, or add a passkey.
What happens to my watchlist if I don't renew?
There's nothing to renew. If you ask for a refund, the key stops working and your watchlist goes back to the free limits; the markets beyond the first stay listed but are no longer checked first.
Do you offer team or API pricing?
Not yet. If you need alerts for many people or a higher API rate, write and say what you need.
