RulesWatch is a small site run by one person. Payments go through Polar, which is the seller and handles sales tax.

Not advice

RulesWatch shows information copied from Polymarket's and Kalshi's public APIs. It isn't financial, legal or trading advice. Alerts can arrive late or not at all, and I can miss a change entirely (how it works lists the known gaps). The rules on the venue's own page decide how a market resolves. Don't trade on RulesWatch alone, and don't hold me responsible for trading losses.

What you buy

A Pro license gives you a watchlist with no limit on markets, wallet following, Telegram and webhook alerts, and CSV and JSON exports, for as long as the site runs. One license is for one person, in as many browsers as you use.

Refunds

Full refund within 14 days of buying, no reason needed. See the refund policy.

Fair use

Don't use the API to rebuild the site or to send more than a request a second. Traders' links and ratings must be real; I remove spam.

Shutting down

If the site ever closes, I'll post a notice here at least 30 days before, and Pro holders can export everything.
