    If the simple average of the sixty seconds of CF Benchmarks' BNBUSDRTI before 3:00 AM EST on Nov 1, 2026 is at least the simple average of the sixty seconds of CF Benchmarks' BNBUSDRTI before 2:45 AM EST on November 1, 2026, then the market resolves to Yes.
