    If Oil / Gas / Gasoline is said by any Avis Budget Group representative (including the operator of the call) during the next Avis Budget Group live earnings call or official broadcast (including the Q+A), then the market resolves to Yes.

    If a consensus by Kalshi employees cannot be reached using video, transcripts of the Avis Budget Group earnings call will be used according to the news publications listed in the contract.
