- Question
- Anthropic IPO: Open Price above IPO Price?
- Rules
This market will resolve to “Yes” if Anthropic's opening share price on its first day of trading is above its IPO offer price. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.
The IPO price will be the final offering price to the public as stated in the final prospectus filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The official opening price as listed by the primary exchange will be considered the opening share price.
The IPO refers to the first sale of stock by Anthropic to the public on any recognized stock exchange. If no Anthropic IPO occurs by December 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, the market will resolve to 50-50.
Resolution will be based on the final prospectus for the IPO price and the primary exchange’s official listing page for the opening price. In the event that the relevant figure is not displayed, another reliable source will be used.
If no official opening price for the first day of trading is published, the market will resolve according to the next trading day on which an official opening price is published, treating that as the first day of trading.

Saved in my first snapshot of every open market. Neither venue keeps older versions, so nothing before this exists.
